EAB Regulatory Policy

The statutory authority of the EAB is contained in s.38.50 of the Wisconsin Statutes¹. These statutes are further interpreted in the administrative rules under Chapters EAB 1 through 11 and are implemented as part of the School and Program Approval Guide.
